Brooke Mulder

5th and 6th Grade Outdoor Education Teacher

Serving since 2018.

Working at Kalamazoo Christian has been one of the greatest blessings to Brooke. She grew up in a small farming community on the east side of the state, graduated with a teaching degree in biology and chemistry and taught six years of biology, chemistry and anatomy at a public high school before God led her to Kalamazoo Christian. She started teaching middle school science here in 2018 and loved teaching about plants, the Great Lakes ecosystems and Michigan’s fisheries. After having her third child, Brooke moved to part time. Every time she comes to school, Brooke has the privilege of getting students excited about the Great Outdoors and teaching them about the splendor of God’s creation! She loves being outside and is constantly amazed at the beauty and complexity of what surrounds us.
