Tuition & Aid

A high-quality, Christ-centered education is one of the best investments you can make in your child’s future, and making that investment affordable is a top priority for our Board and leadership team.

In addition to tuition (which includes book fees and technology fees), there may be additional fees for services such as KCSA bus transportation, hot lunch, afterschool care, and elective course or testing fees.

Payment Options

Payment plans are selected at the time of enrollment and are paid through FACTS using automatic withdrawals, with the exception of the pay-in-full option which is payable at the Association Office prior to the start date of school.

*The Second Impressions Grant is generously applied to every K-12 student’s tuition, however, families have the option to return this to the school if they desire.  In doing so, families will continue to help make Kalamazoo Christian tuition more affordable for other families.

**A multi-child discount for students in Y5s-12 is available for families who are not also receiving Financial Aid.

Financial Aid

Kalamazoo Christian families with children in Young 5s to 12th Grade may receive financial aid for their tuition. In fact, approximately 75% of families with children in Kalamazoo Christian schools qualify for some kind of financial assistance.

Financial Aid applications open February 1st.

After submitting an admissions application, you are eligible to apply for Financial Aid. You will be required to submit tax returns and a recent W-2 to FACTS – an independent service used to calculate level of need and to determine eligibility for financial aid at KCSA. They charge a $40 fee for this service at the time you submit. For the application, please email enrollment@kcsa.org.

T.R.I.P

The Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (T.R.I.P.) at Kalamazoo Christian Schools offers an easy way to save money on a private school education. Through the program, parents can purchase gift certificates from a wide variety of local and national merchants in order to receive tuition credits. Families don’t even need to have a child enrolled to participate – anyone can help contribute.

Retail Store

KCSA has a volunteer-run retail outlet store named Second Impressions whose profits help financially support Kalamazoo Christian families. The store is located at 3750 S. Westnedge in Kalamazoo. The proceeds from this store help contribute significant tuition support for every student in the Kalamazoo Christian Schools.
