Aaron is originally from the Grand Rapids area, is a graduate of Calvin Christian High School and Calvin University.

He teaches World Literature, Media Literacy, AP English, and is the Head of the Theatre Department at the high school. He is deeply passionate about sharing great books, movies and theatre with students and talking about where God's work can be seen in great stories.

Aaron is married to Andi Potter and they have a daughter. The family attends Third Christian Reformed Church in Kalamazoo, MI.
