Jenna grew up in Lynden, WA, and graduated from Dordt College in 2010. She has degrees in mathematics and secondary education along with a minor in physics and a coaching endorsement.

Her and her husband, Chad, attend Grace Christian Reformed Church in Kalamazoo where they are active in the church's youth program. She considers it a privilege to teach at Kalamazoo Christian and share God's love with students on a daily basis.
