Why Kalamazoo Christian?
Kalamazoo Christian School has been providing quality education to students for over 130 years. We realize that choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your children. In fact, many of us have made the decision to send our own children to Kalamazoo Christian.
We believe that our educational offerings are second to none, and prepare students to succeed in college and to pursue God's calling in their lives. Our curriculum is intentionally designed from the vantage point of the Christian faith, believing that our students benefit from an educational experience that challenges them to place their knowledge and skills in the service of Christ and others.
Our staff is dedicated, highly educated, and cares deeply for the personal and academic success of each student. We are thankful for the students and families whom we serve, and look forward to a continued relationship with them.

Nehemiah Council
Kalamazoo Christian School Association
Alongside major changes associated with cost reduction, the Nehemiah Council has been working on “Vision 2015,” prayerfully attempting to create a concrete vision of what KCSA would look like five years from now. The work of the Nehemiah Council this year has culminated in a long-term picture of KCSA in three major areas: educational programs, rightsizing and mission identity, finances and fundraising. Below is a snapshot of the future, expressing what we prayerfully hope for and wish to work toward by the year 2015:

Capital Campaign Passes $3 Million Mark!
Capital Campaign Passes $3 Million Mark!
Two years ago when economic conditions were much different than today, the capital campaign “Building on Excellence” was kicked off. The purpose was to raise funds for both the new science addition to the high school and the $4.1 million long term debt that remained on the elementary school construction projects of 2000. We give thanks to God as $3,050,000 in cash and pledges has been received for these two vital needs!
There is more good news. As the cash received exceeded the $2.2 million cost of the science facility, there was no need to borrow externally to finance construction. The entire $500,000 matching fund that was sponsored by several KCSA supporters has been earned. Finally, there will be approximately $800,000 available from this campaign to apply to our debt which currently stands at $3.8 million.
