To book a tour or Comet Day*, please first connect with us by completing Step One, and we will invite you to set a date.
* Comet Days are offered periodically throughout the school year. Your child will be teamed up with a current student to spend a morning experiencing the classes and environment at KCS.
To be considered complete, an application will require some supporting documents to be submitted.* (Don't worry, during the inquiry process we will let you know what documents to gather and answer any questions.) Upon submitting your application and required documents, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions about what to expect next.
* Students applying for Grades K-12 will need a Spiritual Leader Recommendation from your church.
Upon administration approval of the application, your family will receive a link to schedule an interview with the principal of the school building where your oldest child will attend, so we can get to know your family more personally, answer your questions, and make sure the fit is right on both sides.
(This step is not required for Preschool.)

Can KCSA help me acclimate to the greater Kalamazoo area?
Contact our Association Office if you’d like recommendations on churches, doctors, densists, gyms, babysitters, professional services and more in the area. You can reach the office at (269) 381-2044, here or by visiting us in person.
What textbooks do you use?
In our efforts to provide the highest quality of education, we use what we consider to be the best textbook for the specific area being taught. Therefore, we use a variety of textbooks*. We believe that a textbook in the hands of a Christian teacher can be an amazing tool, especially as we view all of life from a Reformed Worldview. View our course descriptions here.

Kalamazoo Christian Schools does offer an opportunity to lower tuition with TRIP. Learn more about it here.
Does my family have to attend church?

Safe Haven Aftercare is a supervised after school care program which provides a supportive Christian environment for students, Young 5s through 5th Grade, whose parents work.
