All Kalamazoo Christian families who qualify receive financial aid for their children’s tuition. In fact, approximately 75% of families with children in Kalamazoo Christian schools quality for financial assistance.

Your registration packet will include a financial aid application called FACTS. This is similar to the FAFSA form used to calculate aid for college tuition. It takes only about 10 minutes to complete and KCSA covers the FACTS application fee. Multi-Child Discount

Families with 2 or more children attending Kalamazoo Christian Schools receive a tuition discount for each child enrolled. Keep in mind, however, that families will receive either financial aid or the multi-child discount (whichever is greater), but not both. In addition, families may choose to waive their multi-child discounts and count it as a donation to KCSA, thereby making more resources available for those who need them.

Tuition Caps

Families who receive financial aid for Kalamazoo Christian Schools have a cap applied to their tuition fees. These families will not have to pay more than the cap amount for their children to attend our private Christian schools. A family’s tuition cap amount is determined the grade in which their oldest child is enrolled.

T.R.I.P.

The Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (T.R.I.P.) at Kalamazoo Christian Schools offers an easy way to save money on a private Christian school education. Through the program, parents can purchase gift certificates from a wide variety of local and national merchants in order to receive tuition credits. Families don’t even need to have a child enrolled to participate – anyone can help contribute. 

Retail Stores

The KCSA has two volunteer-run retail outlets whose profits help financially support Kalamazoo Christian families. These stores are Second Impressions (3750 S. Westnedge) and Classic Interiors (3711 S. Westnedge). The proceeds from both stores help support tuition assistance funds for Kalamazoo Christian Schools.
